Situational awareness and its effects on both you and a possible attacker are covered in this course. Since employing physical action is a last choice, students will talk about other ways to defuse a situation or confront an offender in order to deescalate it. The objective is to flee the threat as fast as possible if it becomes a physical confrontation. Simple hand grabs are among the low, medium, and high danger scenarios that students will learn how to respond to. A lot of the methods that are taught that use very little force.
